How do I order a book or product that is not listed on the website?
Email email@example.com with details about the item you wish to order and we will revert with details on availability, pricing, delivery etc.
Are vintage and collectable comics graded?
We are not comic book graders and we do not grade comics.
Are all books and products sold on the website new?
Except for vintage and collectable comics which are back issues all other books and items on this website are brand new (unless otherwise mentioned).
What is your delivery policy?
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies for each product. Delivery time will usually be 7 to 10 business days and longer duration times than 7 to 10 business days will be specified in the item listing itself. If you buy more than one product with different estimated delivery times then the estimated delivery time of the product with the longest estimated delivery time will be applied to you order (e.g. if you purchase Products A and B with estimated delivery times of 7 business days and 10 business days respectively, then the estimated delivery time applied for your order will be 10 business days).
Estimated delivery times are estimates and to be used as a guide only and can change after the order is placed. Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
We use a third party for delivery and hence cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery during festivals, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances + closures.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Taxes may be charged according to the location to which the item is shipped.
Can the items be shipped to locations outside India?
Buyers outside India should email us on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering and we will let you know if it’s possible to process your order.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Bombaydragon.com’s shipment to the shipping carrier.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

What are your Returns and Cancellations Policies?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Goods should be inspected at the time of delivery and if damaged please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at the time the goods are delivered by the Courier via firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order, the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product and if it is not possible to replace the product, then we will refund the purchase price.
The product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition and must be unused and unmodified in any way.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Some items cannot be returned and these include – All comics, graphic novels, books, magazines and printed material.

No cancellations are allowed once the order has been placed. You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on availability of products for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us after your credit / debit card has been charged and if the product you have ordered has not been dispatched by us, the said amount will be refunded to you. Website does not accept liability for you not being able to receive the product after it has been dispatched by us. Unless otherwise provided herein, you are not entitled to a refund for the amount charged on your credit / debit card.
